We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Kinda feared you wouldn't or Smthg. ö_ö
Uhm, you have Photoshop right? So there is a Filter with those Lighteffects (look at Render). Thats how.
Alternative you can use the Paintbrushtool, make a big white or light yellow Spot and change the opacity so that its transparent. Doesn't look as good as with the Filter, but better than nothing. XP
